Location is excellent and the room is well equiped

There was no overhead lighting in the main area so if you wanted to use the table at night it was hard to see what you were eating!

"Noise level due to open pipes in ceiling kept us awake all night long - not value for money."

Pipes in ceiling were all open and made an unbearable noise that kept us awake all night long. TV turned itself off one hour before our check out time. Cleaning staff arrived one hour before our check out time.

"Great location for seeing a show at the Pinnacle. The property was nice and clean. We would stay there again."

Property is across the road from the Pinnacle. Perfect for our trip.

I accidentally booked the wrong day and tried to change that date. They would not accommodate that request. So we stayed 2 night and found other things to do. We were also denied a request to upgrade our room (that request was last minute so that was understandable).

"Exceptional"

We had a great 5 night stay at the Sonder Dovetail. We took the Queen size suite and it was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. If I had to be picky, the only thing missing was a bedside unit on my side of the bed to put water, book etc on rather than the floor. Otherwise we liked the close proximity to Broadway, the open top bus tour, the river, the bus stop to the airport & there’s an excellent breakfast/dinner/pub with live music some nights at Pucketts a 5 minute walk away. There is nowhere to store bags for a late check out as there is no reception, but we paid a little extra to keep our room on a few hours. Highly recommend the Sonder Dovetail, thank you!
