Ada Cave Suites Hotel

The location of the hotel was very good, close to many restaurants and shops. We had a car and were able to find parking out front each day as well. The room was lovely with a nice view.

There was a bit of an issue with the bathroom smelling of sewer but the hotel sent someone in who did something and it smelled better after that.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful, better than I would’ve imagined and more than anything staff professionalism, welcoming and warmth exceeded all of my expectations. For a solo traveller, that hospitality made my stay absolutely amazing. Also, packed full with amenities.

Very accommodating and friendly staff! Ana from the reception did the extra mile to accomodate all my requests and was always at disposal to help. When i arrived before the checkin time, she offered me to take the breakfast, had tea, coffee, water numerous time. Upgraded my room for maximum comfort. The other receptionist (Fahid i think) made me feel very at ease and was very friendly! Sharing tips, tricks, and many cool places to visits and things to do. I even got a free photo shooting. These people really made my stay perfect! It's only few meters from the bus station and city center. And it has a very nice view from the terrace to see the ballon show. Nothing to say than: AMAZING AND MEMORABLE!

Surprisingly the daily cleaning of the room is not done. But it might be hotel standard

Nothing wrong with the hotel itself but I didn't like stone rooms, I wouldn't stay in them next time

工作人员服务很好，帮助我们搬行李上楼，愿意为我们提供资料，很快回复信息。有提供丰富的早餐。环境优美，在天台就可看到热气球起飞。地点优越，走路5分钟就到达餐厅和观景台，附近也有很多纪念品商店，餐厅和咖啡厅。

La posizione è strategica, colazione ottima e ricca. Lo staff è cordiale e molto disponibile, hanno esaudito tutte le nostre richieste pensando tutto loro per organizzare al meglio il nostro soggiorno dal transfer dall'aeroporto, al tour in mongolfiera e i tour rosso e verde. Inoltre quando abbiamo lasciato l'hotel ci hanno preparato dei sandwich per il viaggio. Grazie per aver reso la nostra vacanza fantastica!

Avrei preferito un cuscino per dormire un poco più confortevole
