La localización esta bien cerca del centro

La limpiadora la tendria que cambiar, te encuentras la cama sin hacer y le falta un poquito mas de limpieza profunda a las habitaciones

The location and accommodations were great. Bed was comfortable and it has an excellent view of the morning balloons.

I would recommend booking all “extras” through another agency. The hotel messed up our airport taxi to the hotel (booked it for 2 and not 4), we had to argue that breakfast was included when I had a message from them clearly stating price included breakfast, and they tried to overcharge us for a tour we booked through them despite a previously agreed upon price in writing. They also had no communication with us about the above extras and required frequent prompting and follow ups to learn basic information (ie when did the tour start and where would we be picked up).

The location was unbeatable.

The staff didn’t communicate prices well to us (18% charge on credit cards) and when I would ask questions regarding the AC there was minimal help

Great value for a Cave experience. Location was great to walk the main shopping district, access Love Valley by foot, and still give us access to other roof top restaurants in Goreme.

Breakfast could have been better. We prefer to self guide/explore on our Holiday rather than pay for group tours, thus we were hoping for a Concierge Service that could have been more helpful with local recommendations rather than tour group suggestions.
