Catalina Plaza Hotel Sostenible

Everything was excellent the staff were outstanding and made you feel at home on arrival i was greeted by a lovely smile and welcome at reception excellent customer service sorry cant remember her name but she had Ginger longish hair i arrived early and was going to ask if i could leave my luggage in the storage room until 3pm check in time .I think i arrived at 12.30 and my room was ready so the lovely staff check me in early so thank you so much i well be returning.

I honestly cant find anything wrong to be fair ah i will say i had breakfast which was 12 euro i will say it was very nice but the items were all over the place to find like the milk was over one end and the cereals were over the other side i spent a few mins looking for it and could not understand as to why the milk was over the other side of the restaurant.

No utilizamos el servicio de desayuno

Al mando del inodoro le faltaban pilas, algo que no es que sea importante pero a tener en cuenta. Las camas son cómodas pero no extremadamente cómodas. De resto todo muy bien.

Muy bien, productos de buena calidad, variados y con unas vistas muy bonitas y tranquilas desde la terraza.

Solicitamos una cama doble y no nos la dieron...
