Unprofessional Staff Inspite of confirming with the hotel for late check out their staff Mr Sham was very rude and unpolite with my family stating to vacate the room right away when it was agreed to chk out at 1pm and same was agreed. A very unprofessional approach Will never recommend this hotel to anyone Rightfully this property does not deserve any costumers as they dont need them.

Location was good , the boat ride was amazing .

Food taste could have been better, in prawns biryani , they put coriander long stems and less slat. The goan masala fish was not at all testy, the fish was ice stored and not fresh.
