It is conveniently located near the airport. Food was okay.

This was once a beautiful place. However, it seems like no one bothered to do any maintenance over the past years. Everything looks very different from the picture. It’s a real big shame because it definitely has the potential

Excellent room, courteous staff. Taxi was available right at the door step for pickup. Recreation area is good as well. As the whole resort is fully covered with greenery we expected some mosquito bites in the evening, however the staff was present with mosquito repellent machine and they tried their best to control the same

We didn't get the time to explore the resort fully. For example, we were not able to go to the waterfront as it was late evening and we had to catch the flight next day early morning. We thought that the restaurant was a bit overpriced. But we also felt that it is okay considering the remote location of the resort.

Lovely modern hotel near for airport transfer. Super friendly staff.

A bit out the way if you wanted a shop or bar. Room was amazing but spoilt by a heavy smell of damp. For two guests had only one bath towel, had to call for and extra and was given pool towels. Shower room flooded and had use towels to mop up water and call house keeping to clear the soak away grate. Stuff on the menu not available. Although not fault of hotel, dog howling kept us awake.

The room we had was a very good size with a nice balcony area, there were tea/coffee making facilities plus bottled water, TV and nice bathroom.

Close to Airport

Forgot to collect us from airport as arranged and when leaving forgot our wake up call!!!

Rooms were of high standard and very comfortable. Justifiable comfort for the price. Very close to the airport, especially if u have an early morning flight.

Very remotely located. The hotel and its facilities is your only entertainment. Nothing to do on the streets....no shops nearby. Also, had a early morning flight and made arrangements to have a light breakfast packed since we would miss the included buffet breakfast due to the kitchen only opening at 7:30am. When i got up in the morning, there was no breakfast. Kitchen staff said they were not informed. Had to ask twice for toilet paper...not in the room. Very disappointed.

What a find absolutely loved this hotel. The best rooms throughout our stay in Goa Immaculately clean well appointed rooms, with mod cons , lovely toiletries , and thee most comfiest of beds Lovely little swimming pool to spend a few lazy days by prior to inbound or outbound flights Food excellent with some of the best dishes we've had during our 2 weeks stay in Goa .Staff courteous and friendly .Also a lovely spa that offers various treatments .Easily accessible to Mandrem airport . Definitely use this hotel again
