The Airport Transfer was claimed to be included at bookong.com but the hotel refised to know anything about annd the receptionist had no Intention to find out why that gets offered as included service on their booking.com offers

Great property and lovely staff who were very friendly.

Great location to airport, took about 15 minutes by taxi. Great food in the restaurant, staff really helpful. Lovely pool. Really lovely room, the bed is so comfortable. Great views across the landscape. Lovely sunset. Everything was clean and modern. It’s so peaceful, we really enjoyed our stay here. Taxi arrived very promptly, good drive. Would definitely go back there. Great end to our time in Goa.

We had an early start and we were promised a breakfast pack up, and it was forgotten 😔

The location is good for getting to Mopa airport but otherwise the resort is very remote with very little to do nearby. The food in the restaurant was also ok.

1. I messaged the resort via booking.com prior to our visit to ask about credit card payment and proximity to the airport. I didn’t get a response. 2. When we arrived we were given a bill for 2 nights even though I had amended the booking to 1 night and had the confirmation email. 3. The first room we were shown was very small and smelt of damp. 4. The hotel, grounds etc looks 100 times better in the photos on booking.com. 5. The website and booking.com advise of a bar but the bar was not open and when the staff opened it for us it appeared to have no stock on the shelves. 6. Most of the bar menu was unavailable. For example, there were about 8 different wines on the menu but only one bottle of red wine in stock. No Indian beer and 2 of the cocktails unavailable. Spirits were all imported and expensive. 7. No management available to air our grievances.

Good: 2 Rooms were clean and comfortable. Also nice swimming pool (apart from a number of loose tiles). Good food.

Poor: No assistance with luggage from taxi. No welcome drink at reception. No complementary sail on river. All these were on offer last year. Restaurant staff more interested in their mobile phones, they need better management. Spa was very basic, needs relaxing music, and not advertised. Masseuse would be better in clean white uniform.

Perfect NorthGoa airport (MOPA) stopover either before or after a long flight. Only15 minutes away. Dinner and breakfast were both good. Airport taxi was reasonably priced. Pool although small was a welcome facility for a cooling dip. Rooms were clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well. Staff were friendly. Will definitely plan to stay again. Choose the Palm Rooms for value.

Slightly expensive perhaps but worth it.

Relatively close to airport

Staff was great. The road to the facility was a little scary. It was very remote & out of place, but a wonderful surprise. We were very happy to have a bar & restaurant on site. We needed to leave at 1 am for our flight & a taxi was patiently waiting for us.

Can't complain about anything
