There was mold on the ceiling.

Just Outside Resort road needs to be improved.

- the room was filthy - everywhere was mold and it smelled terrible - the ceiling ventilation in my room did not work - breakfast was a disaster - the receptionist had no idea what he was doing upon check in and wanted to give me the same room as from another guest. He even said he has no idea since he was new - there was absolutely no appreciation for my stay - my driver had to pay a penalty fee to leave the property as only hotel taxis are allowed to enter (absolute nonsense) - my email request was not replied for days - although my room rate included an airport pick up (stated in the confirmation) I was told via email that I need to arrange it in my own and pay for it. - this hotel is not even worth 5 euro

The room was clean and elegant

It was an oasis of calm and tranquility after the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect for staying if you have an early flight from Mopa the next day. Lovely food and attentive staff. Bonus was the monkeys in the gardens and on some balconies!

You’re paying through the nose to be close to the airport but we felt it was worth it.
