Clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful tranquil location, and excellent staff. Very convenient for the airport.

Nothing nearby, but we knew that before we went. Very little storage space and not enough hangers.

Breakfast was Good , Staff at restaurant was courteous and helpful.

CHKIN experience was not that great . I checked in at 1 Am and staff was not at all welcoming . In fact he had no clue about things. Further the amenities in the room need to be upgraded like there were no slippers or hand towels in the room There is no provision for Drivers to stay or rest // No food or washroom facility for them and that's a big disadvantage given the location of the hotel.

"Taxi Mafia at hotel to the highest order"

Staff not welcoming need customer care training. Too isolated. The militant menacing threatening violent taxi drivers parked at entrance to hotel. I was threatened with violence and extortion and I am a 76 year old lone lady traveller. Got no support from staff until I demanded protection. Then manager escorted me safely from the hotel to meet my driver, after they threatened to beat my driver and smash his car. Absolutely terrifying. Hotel not concerned and allow this to happen. Disgraceful way to treat their guests
