"Taxi Mafia at hotel to the highest order"

Staff not welcoming need customer care training. Too isolated. The militant menacing threatening violent taxi drivers parked at entrance to hotel. I was threatened with violence and extortion and I am a 76 year old lone lady traveller. Got no support from staff until I demanded protection. Then manager escorted me safely from the hotel to meet my driver, after they threatened to beat my driver and smash his car. Absolutely terrifying. Hotel not concerned and allow this to happen. Disgraceful way to treat their guests

Room smelt of mould, so bad couldn't sleep as it gave me a headache. This was after a long flight. When opened our blind looked at concrete wall. The pool was empty and there were men working in it. Of which we hadn't been informed. Not much choice at breakfast. We left hotel after 6 hours. Only positive they refunded our money.

The restaurant was good, quality and taste of food was really enjoyable.

Room was very congested, not commensurate with the charges at all. Room cleaning services are not upto the mark. You will find rooms not cleaned unless you inform housekeeping. Soiled plates are not cleared quickly which are kept outside the room. Location is not worth at all. It is located inside a village near MOPA airport where you even are not able to take a stroll even outside the hotel due to dirt, cattles roaming around, and broken road. Worst part is you have to depend on only local taxi service provided by villagers as they do not allow any taxi from outside and the local drivers take you for a ride and charge heavily

"A modern gem in the jungle"

Our stay at Amoravida was delightful. The hotel is conveniently close to North Goa Airport, making travel a breeze. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, the food is delicious, and the staff are warm and friendly, always ready to make our stay enjoyable. A truly welcoming and convenient choice for anyone visiting Goa.

The pool looked in need of some modernisation therefore we didn’t use it.
