Sussex Motel

A nice motel for a one night stay

LOVE this place. Management is so kind and genuinely wants to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The rooms are beautiful and you can tell someone paid attention to detail while designing them! Very clean. I travel with service dogs and have stayed here twice with no funny business- they are educated and respectful!

The outside has no curb appeal - driveway and parking lot needs resurfacing. Very dark rooms - no overhead lighting. Bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable.

The room and bathroom was very clean. The bed was somewhat comfortable. Suggest a mattress and comforter upgrade. The decor was very nice. Big screen TV. Plenty of shops within minutes. Reasonably priced. The building could use a "face lift". Overall a good stay.

The room looked as on photos, nice interior decorations, looked like the hotel got a fresh light renovation with new appliances and a giaent smart tv. Beds were comfortable. The exterior of the motel doesn't look very appealing though, so the price of 90 dollars per night is definitely an extream overprice.

The price. And the cardboard like thing walls between the rooms where you can hear your neighbour's tvs on both sides and all of their sounds and have to wear ear plugs to sleep in this place. Edit after posting this review i received a long angry personal text from this business that called me " clueless" and that they blocked me from booking with all of the motels in sussex County NJ. part of it is the photos below. Only can add lol to that. And, dear establishment your number is definitely blocked in my phone!

Manager was very attentive! Shampoo and conditioner bottles appeared to be used

Room was very comfortable and spacious. The door locks are loose and need some repair. Loved my stay.

Room was really nice. The owner was very accommodating. Quick to respond to any requests.
