Sussex Motel

My only negative comment would be that new pillows are desperately needed. Otherwise cute country motel with an amazing staff.

Seem like people live there. Outside was not so great but the room was perfect and loved it. Staff did not bother us didn't even see them

Great stay. They have done a great job of renovating the rooms. They are exactly as shown in the pictures. The motel managers are amazing. Don’t let the parking lot fool you. This establishment does a great job at caring about your stay. Seems like a safe area. We would stay here again.

Comfy beds, warm shower, had a fridge and microwave perfect for a quick weekend biking at mountain creek

The room was very comfortable

Outside of the motel is in a dirty, grungy state, however once I opened the door to my room, we were pleasantly surprised by the updated interior and decor.

This is my second time staying here and I was just as pleased as the first! I’ll definitely be coming back again :)

The 2 queen bed room was a great size. It had a couple of lounge chairs a desk/table and chairs, microwave, full size fridge, a big flatscreen tv, iron and ironing board. The sink was separate from the bathroom. The decor had a great vibe, and very tasteful. Check in/out was super easy and quick.

Small thing, if we had to pick something, and it’s more of our preference, but blackout blinds would be a good add.
