I booked a heritage studio suite. On the website it shows a bathtub and fire place. The room I was given has neither. I asked reception if I could have a room with a bathtub per my booking. I was told the rooms were sold out and I had been “upgraded”. Not 5 star. I won’t stay again.

Ideal location, we had a water view room and could sit in bed first thing with a coffee and watch the boats coming in and out. The staff were very attentive. Everyone greeted us when we passed in the corridors. It was my birthday during our stay and they went out of the way to say Happy Birthday.

As coffee drinkers we could do with more than 4 capsules a day. The pillows were very large and too firm.
