Palm River Hotel

We spent 4 days recently at this amazing hotel. . From the time we arrived, everyone, from the desk staff to the maintenance people were welcoming and caring. Skha checked our itinerary and outings to give us a smooth and pleasurable stay. The restaurant staff were all attentive and caring and the food was wonderful. Kuda, gave us especially exceptional service. The rooms and beds were lovely and comfortable and were kept clean and spotless. Thank you to the Palm River hotel for making our visit to Victoria falls fabulous !

This is a beautiful property. The staff was great. The rooms beautiful. Breakfast and Dining faciliites were very good. We enjoyed High Tea, served as it should be. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here in between some safari trips in Kruger and Botswana. Really nice respite in the middle of a trip. You feel as if you are going back in time of a by gone era, yet with all of the amenities of a modern hotel. Room was clean, spacious and large bathroom. Loved the balcony overlooking the river. Staff were helpful at every turn. Meals were served on the big patio and were really quite good with nice wine selection.

Palm River Hotel was the perfect place to stay when visiting Victoria Falls. Food was fantastic, fresh and beautifully displayed. Staff were fun and friendly. Shuttle to town made it easy to shop. The facilities were nicely laid out for relaxation, along the river. Cruising the river in a teak boat was special.

Fantastic and luxurious hotel it was just what we needed after a long safari. You will not be disappointed 5 Star place and the restaurants is excellent!

Our stay at the Palm River Hotel in Zimbabwe was simply wonderful! Situated along the banks of the Zambezi River, the location offers both tranquility and proximity to the breathtaking Victoria Falls, which was just a short drive away. The beautifully landscaped gardens and views of the river made for a truly peaceful and picturesque setting. The rooms were modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, with every detail carefully thought out for comfort and luxury. We especially loved the large balcony, where we could relax and watch the river flow by while listening to the sounds of nature. The decor was tasteful, blending modern amenities with touches of local charm. The staff at the Palm River Hotel were exceptional – warm, friendly, and eager to ensure we had the best possible stay. We especially appreciated Tina's help in planning last-minute transport to Victoria Falls. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Enjoying breakfast with a view of the Zambezi was a perfect way to start the day. The afternoon tea served by the river was a lovely touch, making our experience even more special. The Palm River Hotel is a true gem, offering luxury, fantastic service, and an ideal location for exploring Victoria Falls. We highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to this incredible destination and can't wait to return ourselves!

The property is beautiful. Built in 2019 the buildings, dining and pool areas look new. The grounds are well maintained and the property is along the river allowing you a nice view and easy access to the sunset cruise boat. Food is fantastic!! Two of the staff Privillage in the dining area and Megan in the reception area

So often you doubt the praises from a traveler. But this hotel deserves all the top stars awards. EVERYONE, literally everyone was so gracious polite and welcoming. From the front desk, to the staff during breakfast, and even the men maintaining the grounds. It should be noted this hotel is secluded from a “town” and clearly designed for families with children. But we absolutely loved our entire experience with Palm River. Loved it

Was good in general, Do you want? The hotel recommended we did the early morning safari in the day of our checkout so that we have plenty of time prior to checkout. The Safari booked by the hotel was a private Safari and it was a disaster because their vehicle broke down which caused delays for the checkout and there was no leniency in terms of checkout by the manager. literally people were standing at our doors to make sure that we come out of the room and that really caused an unsatisfactory ending
