"Nice, but somewhat poorly maintained"

The pool was so unhygienic not at all cleaned, so could'nt enjoy the pool, also there were power cuts multiple times.

Overall good experience with the staff and nice comfy room.

"Can rate it as a Motel not more than that."

Pricing

It shudnt be tagged as a 5 star property, amenities are not there. Like hair dryer… car parking is pathetic. The security is least bothered to guide Staff not sure what is bread pakoda as per their menu.

They have not refunded the extra money that has been deducted and there is no response after 3 weeks also.one of the worst customer experience.
