Cleanliness and ease of access

Staff response was very disappointing, the service was slow and not Upto mark. Hot water was not at all hot, it was just warm and no response from staff even after multiple complaints

Nothing was good here.

The room smelled like dead RAT.When I have complaint they came and put colin on curtain. The AC was not cooling at all. After 3 hours of complaint they have changed the room . The food was Okay in variety but not on taste. The swimming pool was unclean and unguarded The location is very bad from view point. Nothing was open there like gym,spa,retail store . Nothing was functioning. You can just go and stay in smelly room. The menu is quite expensive.

"Decent enough place but was chosen for location near to Kolar."

Good room. Clean, nice bed.

Middle of nowhere. Breakfast average. Shower was only ever warm not hot. Pool is not very clean with algae visible on the tiles on the bottom.
