It was a comfortable apartment, as described. The beds and showers were great. Communication with the owner was good. We would definitely stay there again.

"Great location and super friendly"

Great location, about 10-15 mins walk to Piccadilly Gardens. Train station nearby - we did not use as walk was so easy! Parking space is a GREAT BONUS, with secure locking gates so you know your vehicle is safe. Host is super friendly and attentive! Apartment is cosey and comes with most things you need. We will definitely be back! We did not notice any “funny smells” of “smoke” like others have mentioned so don’t let that put you off. No disturbance/noise from other tenants etc.

Slight road noise in bedrooms, very loud in lounge. Im a very light sleeper but didn’t seem to keep me awake too much which was fab! So technically not a ‘dislike’ about the property but wanted to write incase anyone would be upset with this.

Spacious, great having 2 bathrooms, seemed clean and well equipped but didn't use or look to hard as I was upset with an issue.

Not told in enough time to change booking about the car park not being available because of work being done on the outside of the building with loads of scaffolding, main reason for picking property was parking. Public area had damaged areas, ripped art work, lift doors at the top looked like they had been crowbarred apart, from the lift the corridor stank awful, really not a great 1st impression. The flat needs a refresh of paint all over not just in small patches around the place. The inner window to the double glazed balcony window/door had been smashed and not replaced (no glass laying around but jagged edges of glass still there) and we had not been told that we wouldn't be able to lock the balcony door, was unlocked when we got there, asked how to lock, was told doesn't lock and not an issue as our belongings and ourselves were safe as the flat was 3 floors up!!! Not a good sleep at all because of not feeling safe, again should have been told as would not have kept the booking.
