The hosts were really good and very accommodating. Very clear instructions given on how to get into the property and to the address. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. when we arrived the key wasn't where it should be but I called the hosts, they answered quickly and resolved the issue within a timely manner.

The pictures of the apartment don't look like the apartment itself. The decor is very poorly finished and lots of scuffs and scrapes. The kitchen floor was very sticky and we used the flash moon provided to.clean the floor and the mop was black afterwards. The sofa had several holes in it. Also, I really wasn't happy to be told last minute that the parking wasn't available because that's one of the main reasons we booked this place. We were told this conveniently after the free cancellation period ended. We were told that this was due to "recent scaffolding at the building" however on arrival we learned that this has actually been the case for over a year. The only parking available was a paid carpark nearby which we have been told we would be reimbursed for however on the last day of the stay there were no parking spaces available at all. There was also only one oven tray which made using the oven difficult. We still had a good stay but I feel like the place is in desperate need of some TLC to bring it back up to standard.

The location of the apartment was, unfortunately, the only positive aspect...

1. The building is covered in scaffolding and protective sheets, which is NOT stated prior to booking. It's a building site with 8am workmen on the job (banging) and walking past the windows. 2. Parking is also unavailable due to the outside works. This is mentioned AFTER the booking was made. 3. Absolutely ZERO response from the owner/company, which makes me believe it's a SCAM as I have been asking for a receipt for a few days now... 4. The apartment cries for a full refurbishment. It looks very tired.

Location , check in instructions excellent . Nice apartment . Overall everything was great . Highly recommend and will definitely book again when in Manchester.

Overall was a good price and good location, clean and spacious living space.

Since this was a vacation for us, it would’ve been nice to have a heads up about the ungoing constructions, they started very early in the morning. Also there was a camera in front of our apartment door, a bit weird.

The place is a construction site, very loud in the early mornings

Normally I am sure this is a comfortable apartment and meets its description. Currently there are major renovations being carried out on the externals of the building in which it is located. I was not warned about this in advance, and because of the impact it had, I cant come up with anything I “liked” about it.

The impact of the works are: There is screened scaffolding everywhere outside the apartment so there is no view or daylight. The area outside the windows is an active work area so busy from 7am until around 4.30pm. Curtains were all closed on arrival and that is possibly because if you open them you feel like you are in a fish bowl. The windows are restricted to a minimum amount and balcony removed. You can’t open them in the day as there are workers outside the window and dust. At night there is a trickle of air so hard to lose the heat build up from a warm day. Both the en-suite and the bathroom smelt musty. It looks like a common ventilation system so good chance this has been impacted by the work outside. It is very noisy. You are in the middle of a building site. Parking is all suspended. I was told about this an hour before arrival and given directions to a car park. I was told I’d be refunded the cost but not given a means so far. Additionally it is a good few minutes walk and an open car park so you can’t leave anything in your car. I twice asked about a drop off point for luggage but no details. I got a ticket in the 10 minutes it took to unload.

Location was great and host was very responsive. Instructions were easy to access the property and it had everything we needed for a weekend break. Great value for money, would recommend!

Great for friends sharing. Parking nearby and walkable to the city centre.
