"Booking mix up"

It was shocking. Ended up being asked to leave at 1030pm due to mix up with booking. Communication was dreadful. Had to book another hotel, $1200 down. Mosh blamed hotels.com

"A well located property with added bonus of parking but needs some TLC"

The location was ideal and the fact that it had parking was an added bonus. Next door to a decent pub and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and things to see. It was quite spacious inside and the kitchen was reasonably equipped although it lacked bin liners for the kitchen bin. Although we didnt get the instructions as to how to get into the property until the last moment, it was good we got detailed instructions as the postcode and address on the original property description would have meant you would have problems finding it.

Well, when we arrived at 3p.m the keys were not in the lockbox and when we finally got hold of the property owner it was because the cleaner was still inside the property with the keys. This seemed a bit strange as we were told that we needed to vacate at 10.00 as the cleaner normally arrives at 10.15! The owner doesnt answer their phone by the way, so if you have an issue message them which seems to get a response.The rooms face onto the main road which is extremely busy, and although the bedrooms didnt get the traffic noise, the living room was extremely noisy. On investigation we discovered that the large glass sliding doors were actually broken to the point that one of the glass panels on the double glazing had obviously been broken and was completely missing. The interior is a bit tired and could do with some TLC. The heating is by electric wall heaters but with no instructions as to how to use them, we got lucky and managed to get them on and they then worked quite well.
