Apartment was homley and spacious, having two bathrooms was great. Very comfy sofas and beds. Good location, walk in to town.

Thought the car park space would be behind the gate but it wasnt, it was a just a bit tight, but my car is big so not really their issue. Would have liked to got the instructions a day before arrival so could make sense of what i needed to do before getting to accommodation, even though the video was easy to follow. Apartment could probably do with a lick of paint here and there but overall nice enough.

Location was great, apartment was comfortable.

The front door doesn't have a proper lock in side & the door lock was loose. The ensuit shower room was bit dangerous with the light fitting very close to shower & a splash of water could easily hit the light fitting.

- The host was very responsive and replied to any questions very quickly and politely. - The instructions to find the property and lockbox were extremely east to follow. We were sent a video, so couldn’t have been any easier to find it. - The location was great. Only a short walk to city centre. - The beds were comfy. - There are new sofas in the living room which are very comfy, both recline. - Free allocated parking space.

- The patio window in the living room doesn’t shut properly and therefore it’s very noisy as the flat faces off to a very busy street. The lock is broken which is a security issue. Luckily it’s a 3rd floor flat but still, anyone could get in. - Not enough free surfaces in the kitchen to prepare a meal. The microwave could easily be moved to a shelf which would free up some space. - A few more glasses would be good as we were having to constantly do the dishes and dry them straight away as there is just no space. - A coffee table in the living room would be better than the foot stool, as there was no where to put plates in the middle. - The flat needs some TLC. Fresh coat of paint would make a big difference, as you can see how patchy it is at the moment and looks worn out. - Bathroom sealant is all mouldy and should be replaced. - En-suite shower didn’t drain properly and had to shower in a puddle of water. - Toilets seem to be lower than usual and the en-suite toilet was moving to the front, a bit unsafe. - There is no air-con in the property. There are 2 small fans which is fine but the description is misleading. - We were only given 2 toilet rolls for 4 people staying for 3 nights, not enough and soap didn’t last either. Also it’s time to replace the sponge for washing dishes.

1. Customer service keeps providing informations and response efficiently 2 The apartment is clean and tidy 3. I found there is no aircon when I check in and asked customer service at midnight，they responsed me immediately and provided the movable AC in the next day. The shower head couldn't hang up，they also fixed it in the next day. .. so efficient. 4. The location close to Salford railway station，just 5 mins walk 5. The check in video sent before at 12 pm(check in at 3pm) through whatsapp and the instructions is clear

1. The light bulb in the living room is broken and can be brighter 2. The frying pans have many scratches 3. The movable aircon stay at the apartment is better All comments mentioned above are really minor issues, I'|| recommend this apartment

Very easy and what i expected

Could have done with some extra toilet rolls and a bigger bin in the kitchen.
