The beds and sofas were really comfortable and the apartment was very clean

In my communication with the staff via WhatsApp,I was informed i would receive my security deposit on the day of checkout after an inspection of the property and im yet to hear anything 2 days later

It was close to the city centre, it was clean and comfortable, there was one space free of charge for parking

Nothing 😊but I would have liked a message about when we would get the information about collecting the key at the time of booking.

The location was exceptional, walking distance to the ao arena which was where we were heading. Free parking space invaluable. Well equipped, iron, hairdryer, even straighteners. Sofas reclined and had chargers in. It was warm cosy and amazingly good value. Perfect for us. Instructions to get in very helpful, thank you

Admittedly it could use a bit of tlc and certainly some light bulbs. However it didn't have any impact on our stay.

Was advertised with balcony, key was lost so you couldnt access it as well as it was so small you could not even step on it even if there was a key. Misleading because i specificly picked this apartment for the balcony! Did not hear from host until 2pm the day of staying in, he asked for online payment at 14:55 (check in at 15:00) and would not provide any instructions until payment was completed. This things should have been done days before or very early that morning, not 5 mins before check in time! Not impressed by the host here. Electric blankes ? Nowhere to be seen Wrong bulding on the pictures on the ad.

Great location. Safe area 10 min walk from the centre. Flat was clean with good facilities and tea and coffee available. Good value for money given I booked last minute.

Could do with a bit of paint but otherwise no issues.

The property was ideally located for us, comfy apartment with free parking which was very helpful! We booked very last minute due to our prior arranged accommodation having cancelled on us when we arrived. The seller arranged for the apartment to be cleaned and turned round very quickly for us! Thankyou so much!

Not that I didn’t like it, but one of the bathrooms is quite tired and could do with a touch up

The cleanliness or lack of! The towels were as stiff as cardboard and not very white. The pillows were like bricks

Location was good and easy walk or bus ride to get around the city Super comfy lounges
