MYThe kettle was greasy and appeared to have an oily residue inside. After boiling water, visible oil marks were left on the surface. Previous guest may have used the kettle to cook Maggie noodles or similar instant food items, with the noodles and curry seasoning placed directly into the kettle.

No on time to get ready room to client. We still need another one hour plus to get the room late check in.

The booking information is misleading and the room assigned is not the same as per booking.
SGLocated walking distance to shops, including a supermarket, shopping mall and a limited number of eateries. Unblocked view as there are limited high-rise developments nearby. Room is spacious and comfortable. Service staff are friendly and welcoming, especially the hotel door men. Near to Desaru Fruit Farm as well.
30 min drive away from Desaru Mini Zoo. Limited eateries around the property.
