Guests highly rate the friendly staff and frequently praise the good breakfast variety.
SGStaff was friendly, breakfast had different varieties of food and tastes good, shower was great, room was big and spacious as well. Towels, soap, toilet paper all provided. Staff brought the foam pillow as soon as it was requested so i was very thankful for that. Managed to swim a little too. Managed to check-in early as there was nobody staying in the room before.
Breakfast did not have ice, saw some ants crawling on some food. Room looked clean but it was actually quite dusty up close, did not sleep well for the 2 nights as i had very bad allergy from the dust, which was quite unfortunate.

The ball room Aircon is too hot if full capacity. The food is too salty and the fish is not fresh for the ballrooms dinner . After a big event , the restaurant or cafe most of the food is out of stock. Need to plan well if got big functions is going on.
