SGMYMYReally good sound insulation, even my room just right beside lift lobby but not being disturbed at all. The balcony glass door macam is double volume glass, isolate heat & sound. Location wise nearby got alot of shop & eatery, recommended chai shen po chicken rice & yam 918
not really close to seaside, 20-30min driving distance to pantai tanjung balau & yard&co. those scenery spot
