The accommodations were spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed to find an additional daily fee for parking. Furthermore, the breakfast experience was underwhelming; arriving at 9:30 AM, many items were already cleared and the remaining food was cold, despite service running until 10:30 AM.

Convenient with shops and shopping mall nearby. The Hari Raya buffet at the hotel restaurant serves very good dinner. premium King room comes with sofa bed.

Lots of loud fireworks at night, disrupting sleep. Maybe cox it was near Hari Raya, hopefully it's not like that other times of the year.

Had a mixed experience. The location is good and convenient — it would have been even more so if the free shuttle to the beach had been available. However, the breakfast was just so-so, with limited variety and nothing particularly memorable. The service also felt a bit lacking — not very warm or welcoming, which made the stay feel less personal. One downside was that the free shuttle to the beach was unavailable during our stay, which was actually one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Unfortunately, the staff did not offer any alternatives or options, which was quite disappointing. That said, I really appreciated how responsive the team was over email prior to arrival. I had requested a simple birthday decoration, and they executed it nicely, exactly as arranged. That thoughtful touch definitely stood out. Overall, a decent stay with a good location, but service and guest experience could definitely be improved.

It is supposed to be a romantic holiday booked by my wife, but we received more than just an holiday, it is an experience in itself. The hotel is located 3 to 5km from the beach which dampen the mood of our 4 years old, but I dont think much of it as it is easily accessible by car. Upon stepping in the lobby, I was greeted by at least 2 security with big smiles an enthusiastic helpers. Check in was smooth and within 2 minutes, I receive my room at 11.53am in the morning. As I was informed, they are running in moderate occupancy which elevated my early mood as we got the room early. We receive a recommendation to go to the Mini Zoo (the receptionists realize I have a kid) which has a Capybara. We heed the advice and paid a 2 hours visit to the zoo. The room is clean and spotless. I requested a quiet room and I was placed on a high floor overlooking a field of trees. We had good sleep due to this extra quiet location. I love the room size which is spacious and grand. The tent like baby pod is a good area for my kid to unwind and sleep. He spent more times playing than sleeping. It is just the default location is rather near to the washroom. I want to remove it but afraid it compromise the structure. Sahur was amazingly plentiful. As the Sahur was served in full buffet style which I cant thank enough already. I am so full. After my baby wake up at 9am, I brought him downstairs for food. I asked the waitress wether we can re-enter breakfast buffet section as it is my kid's breakfast time. Of course my spouse and I didnt eat anything. The waitress kindly let us in and said kids below 6 are free to eat breakfast. A bowl of porridge and pastry away, we departed the outlet feeling satisfied with the overall F&B services already. We didnt try the pool during our stay but it looks appealing. My satisfaction hovers around 98% and I will sure spread the good words around.
