It was really nice! Would love to stay again

I love the room setup.

It could have been cleaner in and around the elevator. The first room we were in was not so clean. Trash was under the couch when we pulled it out. The sheets were stained.

It was convenient for visiting the Harbison/Irmo area and close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores (as long as you are driving). It was fine for 1 night’s stay and had the right amenities if you are staying for longer (mini kitchen, a large tv in both the bedroom and living room area).

The exterior area looked dirty (people left garbage bags outside their rooms, there was spilled coffee in the stairwell that looked like it had been there for a couple of days). At surface level, the interior was clean (clean towels and bedding, clean countertops) but the carpet looked old and the living room furniture was dirty and stained—looks like its about ready for replacement). When we first walked into the unit there was a very strong skunk smell that smelled like someone had recently been smoking marijuana in there, A LOT! It was hard to get past the stench—not what a family found welcoming upon arrival. Aside from the worn out soft furnishings and the weed smell, it was clean enough for our stay.

Stove was dirty, sheets weren't that clean and I when I called someone they said because it was after hours…I think like 10-11 pm, that their office is closed and that they were sorry. I didn’t realized there was another set of sheets in the far corner of the closet so that it would’ve helped if that person knew that. Anyway the bed was uncomfortable. And the front office was just ok. I will say this, the way the room is set up is beautiful so I do love the lay out. I like the floors and the separate living room space.

This concept is great - the actual product is lacking. This complex is presented as a place to stay, work, cook, live short-term. Check-in - easy, staff - fantastic, the unit clean. The kitchen was dismally stocked. No pans to cook in the oven (the staff stated too many people were causing fires so they removed the pans for cooking), only 1 glass (we booked for 4 people), 1 of the 4 coffee cups was being used as a holder for coffee and creamer on the counter (meaning you had to wash it before you could use it), except, there was no dish soap or sponge or scrub brush provided to wash dishes. No cooking basics -salt/pepper/oil. There was only one pack of dishwasher soap. When we ran the dishwasher on the only setting available, 2 hours later it was still running. We turned it off to sleep and turned it on the next morning - it never did finish it's cycle. The mattress' were very hard and there were no extra blankets. The internet did not have enough bandwidth for all the guests, so it kicked you off over and over, so not a good place to work. Overall, we would not choose to stay here again unless they do a major improvement on amenities to match the concept they are marketing. NOTE: We have owned short-term stay units in 2 states since 2017, so we are not newbies at short-term stays. We have also utilized the amazing short-term stay models in 31 countries, again, not newbies. This could be great - the powers that be just need to catch up to their customer's needs.

Good location near shopping and I26 access. Full kitchen with 2 tvs and separate bedroom area.

Almost no kitchen supplies. No pots and pans, spatula, just a little bit of silverware, no glasses or wine glasses. No pool.

For a long term stay,bring everything you'll have at home. There 3 weekends and only saw housekeeping once. Other than me going out to buy stuff such as broom,mop, cleaning things the unit was everything i needed it be. I just treted it like it was my own one bedroom apartment that doesnt come with housekeeping.

The air conditioning does not work. The wifi doesn’t work. TV remote batteries are dead and we are using the other remote to work the TV. There is no one at the front desk after 6pm. There are 3 police cars here. We are packing up and leaving and we can only hope to get refunded.
