I like how nice and clean the apartment was the property was nice and clean.Only thing had me terrified is that cats & dogs are allowed on the property lol so i was spying out the doors and elevator before i exit or enter.

Room was clean.

Staff wasn't there when we arrived. But showed up like 5 minutes later.

The Ladies in the office were awesome.

Overall I was very pleased, the only problem was that the oven didn’t work properly Baking worked, but the broiler didn’t Reported the problem to management

Nothing.

Front desk didn't acknowledge that I was there. She allowed the person there changing floor mates to curse during their conversation. She ignored me and continued her engagement with that person. Nasty attitude. I was excited about staying at this location. Unfortunately, it didn't happen.

The location was great. There were a lot of places close by. We stayed for work and only had a 5 minute drive to our training center, which was super nice! The staff was excellent and quickly answered any questions we had. It was very spacious and comfortable.

It could've been a little cleaner. It was clean, but the sheets were dirty on the sofa bed, and the shower looked like it had dirt in the floor. The rest was very clean. The sheets on the beds were clean. The gym was lacking. No breakfast on site, but lots of breakfast options close by and a kitchen in the room to prepare breakfast!

Amazing stay friendly environment

It felt safe and easy access off the freeway. The shower had lots of hot water, BUT...BEWARE when you step out, it's a long way to the bathroom floor!!!! NOTHING (amenities), and I mean nothing worked. Not the fire pit, not the grill. My room was NOT stocked with kitchen ware. It only had 2 forks and 1 spoon. NO pots or pans at all. I had to make 2 trips to the front desk to get anything resolved. The light was broke in the LR and a safety hazard. The desk lamp did not work either. The stove had cleaning residue completely inside it and I couldn't turn the oven on without a disgusting smell from it. The front desk; however, was accomodating and helpful when possible

Love this place! Really clean and very nice check in/check out people! Definitely would stay again!
