Clean comfortable safe room

The staff was very friendly and professional. Check-in and out was differently quick and easy.

The room was a good size.

I checked in on a Sunday at 7 or 8 PM. It was within the hours that booking.com said I could check in. I had to call the emergency line for the location to get my key because they texted the info to the wrong number. The guy who answered was snippy until he realized they were the ones wrong. As for the room, it was noisy. The fire alarm went off when I used the heat. The sun short circuits the door outside so the front desk said to punch the lock (yes really) until it works between about 2-5 PM.

The location was good but pricing was a bit high just for 3 nights. Also the front desk lady was very nice and accomodating.

I stayed on the first floor which is in room 124. This room is next to the parking lot and door exit where the exit door slams 24/7 extremely loud. You could hear all actions of guess coming and leaving the building and getting in vehicles with loud noises. The train noises keep me up. Most of all, my children and I was restless due to the upstairs room above me, the gues and their children were loud, rude, and reckless with constant loudness, running all night over my head. They had loud music playing all three days, throwing things and dragging stuff across the floor. I reported this to the front desk. This was my second time staying here but the first stay wasant like my second stay. It's the room location I was given.

The room was okay. It was worth the money. I would definitely stay here again

The lockbox to pick up keys was empty or not working and someone had to come from off sight to let us in ehich took us an extra 30 minutes late at night.

Very very noisy the people above us it was awful !!!! I don’t think I’ll stay again as it was just noisy and the floor was filthy I had white socks on and the bottoms were blackened with dirt. Check in was awesome Morgan was so kind and very thorough I even got my extra pillows.

As a Disabled Service Veteran, who suffers from several medical ailments, i found the Stay Apt Suites beautiful. The front desk personnel was friendly and professional.She was extremely helpful and i truly appreciated her knowledge about the facility. I recall asking about seeking a Suites; non pet friendly because i suffer from allergies which requires me to carry an Epi-pen. The young lady recommended Suite 313. OMG, i loved the apt with the modern furniture. I found my suite throughly clean. I truly enjoyed cooking and prep my Thanksgiving Dinner. The residence seemed friendly and pleasant at least the ones who spoke. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee in the future i would be guarantee a non pet friendly suite. If i could be guarantee, i look forward to returning. However, based on the presence of a beautiful dog and an empty cat litter box being tossed into the dumpster, i dont believe it's best for me to take a chance. I really lucked out this time and i truly enjoyed my stay. The residence whether temporary or permanent are blessed to have a beautiful and modern suites. Please take care of your suites. Trust me, i own two time shares in Las Vegas and im tired of calling management, regards to cleaning the outside refrigerator door or cleaning the stove or countertop especially when i just checked in.
