Everything you need to feel home away from home. Lot's of space. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen. Dishes and silverware Cups coffee maker. Ice trays. Well worth the very affordable price. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Nothing. It was more than I expected and everything I needed.

Honestly this is the 3rd year in a row staying here and it was terrible this year. The outdoor grill was still out of order even though last year they assured me it would be in working order this year. We unpacked and within minutes we noticed our feed and socked were completely black because the floors had not been cleaned. We opened the pullout couch and there was still sheets on it from the last people with chips and food still in the bed. The Room we got had windows that just collected condensation all week and made the whole room feel damp all week. Which also made our clothes in the closet stink by the 3rd day and I had to pay to have them all washed. We asked for someone to come clean our room and it took until the next day for it to happen. Also asked for someone to check the internet on the TV because there was no connection so Netflix YouTube or anything did not work. So I had to go to the store to buy an HDMI cable to plug into my computer and use hotspot from my phone to get TV. OVERALL Just a terrible experience this time and I’ll probably not be back unless they make it right with me.

The room was extremely dirty. There was mold on the pullout sofa bed. All of the furniture was stained. There was trash under the bed and in the trash cans. The sink and counter tops were dirty with food. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. We did not stay there and had to find a new hotel last minute late at night. We asked for a refund and was told it would take 3-5 days. Still waiting on refund.

We came for a basketball tournament we loved the location. The fact that it was close to the gym and restaurants. The beds were soft. It was spacious.

It wasn’t as clean as I’d like. It could just be me but I look at walls. The walls look like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Also the shower curtain needs to be replaced more often. I was scared to sit on the couch it looked like it needed a deep cleaning. Our room ddnt have any cookware. The facility is nice they just need to focus more on housekeeping. The things I didn’t like can easily be fixed. If a shower curtain has stains all over it replace it or don’t have white shower curtains.

The convenience of apartment style living for stays over two days. The staff was very accommodating from the moment we arrived until the time we left.

as soon as I went into my room, it smelled like mildew or mold, and there was nothing that I could do to erase the smell. The facility was clean, but I could not get rid of that mold smell and I am sure if having carpet in the rooms when you have multiple renters, is the cause. Otherwise, everything was OK but the smell was a little uncomfortable.

This was such an amazing stay ! Very peaceful atmosphere and great employees!

Cleanliness. Comfort. Very spacious.

There were flies in the room. Maybe because of the weather. But it was annoying fanning flies away.

Our room wasn’t cleaned any while we were there (and had been told it had been). We had to request towels every day and wait for up to an hour to get them when they should have been delivered during the day so we could shower when we got in each evening. Was also credited where I was overcharged and then recharged part of it. Will not return.
