Rooms are decent. But smelled like cigarettes. No one was ever at front desk. Trash outside always full.

Please know we are very familiar with the hotel. We have stayed here for nuclear outages for the past few years. It’s drastically going downhill. We got there and the unit was set at 50 degrees. Due to it being in the 90’s outside it created moisture from the heat coming in the back window. Everything was wet in the room. Bed sheets were damp and room smelled of smoke and mold. Office was closed so we couldn’t let them know and get another room until the following morning. Opened the couch bed and it was full of mold on the mesh and rails. Old sheet was just thrown on the bed and had pee on it.

Nothing the staff is extremely rude and they do not want to help

We stayed for a whole month and we were going to the second month and they put us out the neighbors were complaining about stuff that was not even happening you supposedly we were there for 3 days we had just paid for our monthly stay which was around $3,000 band they refuse to give you my money back they were very rude one told me they were going to you and they have still have not give me a refund or anything and have not called me back

The stay was ok. Had to wait to be checked in due to no one at desk bc she was cleaning the room that we got. Asked for clean towels but didn't get any. Need a pool!!!

Plenty of space to walk the dogs and lots of space in the room for them to play. Love that there’s no carpet and no additional pet fees

Very nice rooms.

There were a couple of hookers staying next door and came out barely clothed.

We rented 2 rooms. The King suite on the ground floor, had a musty odor to it. Over all the room was nice but there was some stains on couch. The double queen on the the 2nd over all appeared clean. However when trying to use the pull out couch there was tons of "stuff" under it. From food pieces to a vape. Also a large stain on the couch cushions. They seemed to be under staffed. I requested additional towel several time and didn't receive them until after we used the small hand towels to shower with because we had engagements to be at and couldn't wait any longer.
