No breakfast provided. Would have preferred kerig in the room. Has to go.back and forth for coffee.

Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Also room was not cleaned on the days the front desk said they were to be cleaned on.

I was very excited to stay in this non-traditional hotel because of the full kitchen and proximity to where we needed to be. We had great communication prior to arrival because we were arriving late and there is not staff on site 24 hours. Lockbox instructions to get the keys were the end of the great part of my stay. Upon entering the room, there was a very strong odor of cigarette smoke (non smoking room) that they had attempted to cover up with some sweet smelling something. The windows were left WIDE open (it was 40 degrees out) to cover the smell. It didn’t work. I spoke to a desk agent the next morning (who was VERY sweet and apologetic), but the best she could do was give me something to spray and comp the second night because they were at capacity. She tried. Night 2… I went to find a plate and fork in the fully stocked kitchen and found bare cupboards and one knife in a drawer. A little searching found a dishwasher filled with dirty dishes and a horrible odor. I sent a message that night. I left a message the next morning. No one has responded. Completely unsanitary and disgusting.
