The location and the price

The furniture and carpet wasn’t clean. My room was never cleaned even after putting up the doorknob sign. Lastly the beds were very hard

"The price was good, but hotel on a busy street and some if the guests were loud"

The pool was nice, tv was nice No breakfast. We brought coffee and food

Bathrooms did not have any towel racks or hooks The shower needed a handle since the tub was high
