Nicht sauber genug. Boden wurde vermutlich lange nicht mehr feucht aufgenommen. Haare im Bad. Schlafzimmer etwas eng.

El edificio es bonito.

La atención es malísima. Check in era a las 3 y no vinieron a darme el acceso sino hasta mas tarde. Cuando fuimos a entrar al apto se había bloqueado la puerta, tocó esperar al personal de mantenimiento que venía de otra parte, entre todo esto pasó como una hora y media en la cual tenía que cumplir un compromiso y no lo logré por la irresponsabilidad de esta gente. Casi no contestan el Wp y la mujer que me recibió casi no me contestaba, miraba mal, no se despidió, una joven grosera. En el apto hace falta una luz o lámpara cerca de la cama , el TV no sirve para nada, etc. muy decepcionada de Wynwood, tuve muy mala experiencia.

Perfect location, friendly staff. Our room had a comfortable bed, two bathrooms so that you don't step on each other's toes in the morning, beautiful rooftop patio with amazing views of the city, with a Napoleon gas grill. The laundry room was pretty good 10,000 pesos per wash and 10,000 per dry, big loads as well, 20 lb.

I understand it's an Airbnb, so the wear and tear is expected, but there were serious stains on the couch that could have been taken care of and loose handles on the shower and sinks. There was no kitchen table, chairs or desk so we had to bring a patio table and chairs down from the rooftop patio, we were there for a couple weeks so we needed to get some work done and there was nowhere to do that. Speaking of the patio, there's a beautiful awning that could be used on sunny days for shade or rainy days, but it didn't work. Neither did the hot tub, that didn't bother me much but if someone's looking to use it, it doesn't look like it works. There was one night where the neighbors were partying till 5:00 in the morning with very loud music and screaming, we called down a few times but nothing was done. It was a weekend in an Airbnb so that's expected, just beware.
