Room 11. Hot water took a long time to warm up. The door had a deadbolt that was inoperable - no hole in the door frame for the deadbolt to work. Also, the door did not close properly - even slammed, it would not stay closed. this was a security issue

Location was good. Quiet area.

They charged me an extra $17 two days after my booking claiming that "booking.com never charges the right amount". I booked the place based on what booking.com said it would cost and then the hotel randomly charged me an extra $17. I mean $338 for two nights here is DEFINITELY enough given what you are getting. I didn't make a big deal out of it, but it wasn't a good thing to do to a customer. I paid the agreed price and then they just reach into my bank account and yank out another $17. Not a good look.
