Absolutely everything. I didn't touch the bed as this place was so dirty - and paid $370. The worst deal I have ever made in my life!! A real scam!!

Only the location easy to get to where I needed to be.

The bathroom need to be clean the room need alot of cleaning. Feel like we were getting bite by things on the bed. Collecting all that money for cleaning and the room wasn’t clean. Need to clean thoroughly. It has potential if they would clean it and do the up keeping of it.. I cried the first night I stayed there because of how dirty it was and the furnitures needed to go the table was chipped off and the chair we couldn’t sit in because it was wobbly about to break. Then the shower handle came off when you have to turn it on. The toilet as also wobbling. I cleaned it thoroughly. But it needed deep cleaning.. charging all that money for a place need deep cleaning.

Would never stay here again

We requested more pillows and towels and the staff asked to leave the dirty towels outside, we left the dirty towels outside and they didn’t pick up and either gave us the pillows or towels! Don’t stay there

Booked this hotel showed up with all of my luggage and was told to walk five minutes down the road because they were overbooked to their sister hotel, which was a complete dump. I spilled some water on the floor and when I wiped it up, the white towel was black due to dirty floors…. The room smelled so strong smell of bleach yet still so dirty.

Its very filthy , appliances are old .

Not clean at all, bad service , careless service , everything its damage , the pool its dirty . Everythings needs to be well clean .
