Hollywood Gardens Inn & Suites

This was the single worse motel I have ever seen let alone been to. The pictures aren't misleading they are a complete lie. Shattered glass in both windows, broken bedding, lighting, cabinets, water pressure, and overall unsafe and dirty. They make you pay a 100 dollar security deposit a full on scam. Don’t ever come to this property it is not a hotel, it is not a motel, I would have rather slept in my car. Not an kidding left the property right after taking pictures of the horrid conditions.

No iron or board very rude at first and the floors look clean but there not I walked in my socks and they were black

It was only for the night, therefore it served the purpose for which I needed it.

Scary area to be in… This is a Motel!! Not pet friendly!! Paid too much for this… They definitely over sell themselves!!

Everything was horrible

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. There were issues with the booking that Helen W quickly resolved. I would not stay in the hotel again but she did everything to accommodate our group.

Nasty and old . Burn marks all over the room and bathroom . Smell like mode.

I dont normally write reviews, but this place deserves one .Newly remodeled inside. Brand new appliances, counter tops. Very Good value . Pool. Safe. No riffraff anywhere on site , least expensive place i found near airport that did not have huge deposit.

Pulling up , we were a little alarmed, because it was dark and looked a little older and had booked blindly as we were only sleeping a few hours. Arrived after hours and called the number. The lady hung up on me . I noticed the bell and a man came to help me a couple minutes later. Only because I'm in the hospitality industry did I know that it's common for small motel employees to sleep/be on site . Many other people don't realize that there isn't a desk person 24/7 and this would have confused me had i not known how it works.

I’m writing a review because I liked my stay and I feel (after reading the reviews) that I should help clarify type of property this is. This is a very traditional old style “Miami style “ beach motel. It’s not fancy but it’s very cozy, clean a quiet. I heard people arguing over the rates when they get there; I am assuming this is because the rates on this app don’t match the rates given when you get there… And the way the property manager breaks it down may confuse some… But after a quick check I can say that the price was fair and the manager was even willing to match a better offer if I found one. Nice place to stay 👌
