"Exceptional"

Very clean. Bed comfortable. Shower good. Close to town centre and 15 minute walk to beach.

"A few days in Paignton"

Room was lovely well presented kitchen facilities excellent, close to town, shops and rail and bus stations.

Property opposite was noisy at times also noisy in the morning people passing

"Definitely worth the money"

Everything was clean, even though you had to make your own breakfast in the shared kitchen everything was provided (bread, butter, jam, cereals, yogurts etc)

Car park is quite tight espy if you drive a big car

Comfy bed

The bathroom was dirty and the cushions on the bed were stained. There was only a blind up the window and in the morning it was very bright. Could do with curtains or black out blind. I didn't like that we had do our own breakfast. Didn't realise it wasn't cooked it was cereal bread and yoghurt. For me it's nice to meet the hosts but it is all door codes etc. We have never stayed in a place where there was no hosts but won't do it again. I love a friendly face.

Comfy bed, lovely spacious room, good continental breakfast options and shared kitchen. Good communication from owner. TV and Netflix available.

Loud show from theatre next door on Sunday night.

"Nicely located and great facilities"

The room was a good size, it is nicely decorated and the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast room was a bonus as it provided complimentary cereal, toast and yoghurt as well as plates cutlery, they also provide 2 hobs, 2 microwaves and in the fridge each room has a dedicated shelf. There's 5 parking spaces with 1 ev charging point

The area by the wardrobe is very congested with a lamp a table and a fan. It would be nice to have coat hooks near the door
