Paignton wasn't to our taste.

Park View more than exceeded our very high expectations it was absolutely first rate My only disappointment was that I didn’t book a longer stay. It had everything we needed which enabled us to have a truly enjoyable stay

Perfect location. 2mins to shops, 5 mins to train or bus.10mins to seaside. All rooms are different. We had the Dellers room on 1st floor at rear of property. When you unlock/open the room door there is a small hallway where a door to the right is to the bathroom and straight ahead is the bedroom. Good shower. Comfy bed. Can be a bit noisy at pub chucking out time and early morning as seagulls like to be up at crack of dawn!! Iron and ironing board on each hallway. If you run out of toilet rolls or tea/coffee etc... there are extras on each floor and in the kitchen. Kitchen has everything you need. There is a shelf in fridge and a cupboard named for each room to use. You can cook your own food or have takeaways as long as eaten in kitchen and clear up after yourselves. There is cereal, bread, milk, butter,flora, jams yoghurt, orange juice in kitchen for breakfast if you want it. Because it's always there you can have a lie in! Good communication from owners. Door lock codes sent to you on day of arrival. We will definitely return!

A bit of noise from local pub but otherwise OK.

It is clean and very quiet it is a bit far from the seafront, but I knew that.

Lovely place beautiful room and bathroom. Complementary breakfast great. Everywhere clean and well presented. Great location would not hesitate to stay there again parking included which was a bonus.

I was amazed at how many boxes this property ticked. Reasonable rates for a single traveller, clean, everything worked well, nothing was difficult!

Great central location. Comfortable bed & pillows. Iron & ironing board was available & located just outside my room. Shared kitchen was organised and clean, a nice room for having your meals in. Parking was OK. Nice touch of bespoke book detailing the history of the house & the renovation. Rooms are named after persons who had an effect on the local area - brief history detailed & displayed on the wall.

All was good. No hairdryer is provided even though it is listed on the booking.com facilities page.
