They gave me an upgrade due to being a Expedia Gold members and the room was beautiful! Friendly staff,clean hotel,nice restaurant.Highly recommend!

We came as a couple on a tour and were Hilton honors members, however they don’t seem to care when you come with a group The room was decent, but there are no views of anything because the location is very poor The bed was comfortable enough and the room was large enough for two people to be in there comfortably. The shower was nice and had amenities, but I did not see an iron. It is not close to any trams or any city centers. It is about a 30 minute walk to anything. This was the worst part of the hotel. the staff spoke English and were nice however, as an American, I am used to customer service and they just follow the orders from their manager. For example, I asked for a napkin, and the guy literally gave me one and when I went to get another, he pulled it out of my hand. And at brunch when we went to sit in one of the booths, we were told it was only for the bar when literally all the chairs were full for breakfast. The daily breakfast was very minimal with runny, scrambled eggs and grisly sausage and fruit. We also had dinner at the hotel one night and please don’t order the beef. It was very very bad. The cod was nice however

Pleasant high-quality modern Hilton hotel with lit momento boxes highlighting Lisboa history. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Our corner room had two nice small balconies and a view towards the river! The complimentary water and mini fridge were nice amenities.

Property okay but in an inconvenient location. You could hear guests in other rooms

Not walking distance to anything but everything was clean and everyone was very friendly.

The staff is amazing. The rooms. Perfect. Very clean and nice the restaurant. The food is delicious. I don’t understand why they’re not more. Busy and location was perfect. And very safe Neighborhood.

Very far from downtown Lisbon

Big and luxurious rooms, welcoming staff, great breakfast and large beds. Fabulous hot rain shower. Convenient location for Ubering sound the city.

It’s a beautiful property, very well maintained,, rooms are spacious by Lisbon standards, got a spacious balcony, beds were comfortable. Will stay again if we come again
