Nefis Hotel City

Stayed here before and was satisfied. Therefore returned, but hotel now showing some neglect. Shower pipe and head had to be replaced on arrival, couldnt phone reception as phone was not connected, there appeared to be no wires, just a phone. The outside space was dirty and overlooked the hotels laundry where staff were enjoying a cigarette. When shower did work, the bathroom floor was flooded. I had emailed the hotel some days prior to arrival to ask about breakfast as the booking confirmation did not mention this. On our past visit breakfast was provided on the top floor and was presentable. As l had had no reply l presumed as our previous stay breakfast was still on the top floor. On arriving for breakfast, around 9 to 9.30 we were told that they had stopped breakfasts completely and no longer provided this. l did noticed that on their website a picture of plated food on their top floor is still showing.Our 2 night stay quickly became one and we returned home.

Odada karınca yuvası vardı. Her yerimizi yediler. Daha içeri girerken resepsiyondaki çalışan somurtuyordu. Daha sonrasında soru sormak için gittiğimizde telefonuyla konuşuyordu bırakıp doğru düzgün cevap bile vermedi. Odamız labirent gibi bir koridorun sonundaydı. Çok gürültü vardı gece doğru düzgün uyuyamadık.

Konfor, temizlik, hizmet herşey mükemmel ötesiydi.

The hotel was cheap and service was okay what let it down was the drains smelled bad and bathroom could have done with an update. Good location and price was its plus points

Çok temiz gözükmüyordu. İdare ederdi ama daha ilgili olunması güzel olur.

Mütevazi, hoş bir otel. Konumu güzel, temiz, çalışanlar oldukça ilgili. 3 gece konakladım, memnun kaldım. Güvenle tercih edebilirsiniz.

Butik bir otel limana ve çarşıya çok yakın temiz güzel bir otel tavsiye ederim tek sıkıntısı kahvaltı olmayın şu ama onun haricinde her şey çok güzel

Rezervasyon ekibi cok yardimseverlerdi fakat oda cok temiz degildi mescit olsa iyi olurdu
