It is a convenient location in relation to the bus station, with markets and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and bed was fairly comfortable.

There was no hot water! I tried to take a shower right after checking in and there was no hot water. Receptionist said it would only be repaired the next day, and there was nothing he could do. Internet was not stable. They have rooms with a balcony on the ground floor, which is nothing but a reserved area facing the internal patio of the hotel.
