The 39 steps to get up to the attic room , a warning would have been appreciated . Not every old person would cope with the stairs 😞

Good location and very clean. Nice view across the estuary and fairly quiet.

Very small room and it was difficult to have two suitcases in it. It may have been our mistake not to have realised we had to walk 800 metres to breakfast but I would not have wanted to do this if it had been raining heavily. It wasn’t really a bed and breakfast, more a room in a house. The art on the wall of the bathroom was a little odd. It was good to be able to make a cup of tea but there was only cheap Tetley tea bags, no herbal or other teas.

The room is nice an cosy and clean. There are two ventilators in the cubboard but I did not use them. I left the window open. There was some noise from airplanes landing quite late. I liked it that there was a fridge. I did not book breakfast and the price of the room was quite high for the size without breakfast. As it was a holiday, communication with the Royal George only worked again after the holidays. The location is perfect, near to the bus stop the Seagate. Breakfast at the Royal George was very good. The first good sausage in England for a long time and streaky bacon :-)
