The room was larger than the average room in a hotel.

Our room was on the ground floor and right next to the pavement so it was a bit noisy and we felt we couldn't open the blinds to enjoy the view.

Location . Easy access and instruction

The quilt was thin and it was very cold during the night . A cotton throw did not add anything. Heating not working in the morning and room cold. I had to wear my coat in bed

The breakfast supplied at the Royal hotel was very good and the staff were excellent.

The breakfast hotel could have been closer.

Breakfast and location was superb

The location of the building for breakfast was lovely, but if the weather was bad, the walk could be a tad uncomfortable

Easy check in, fab location, lovely touches like coffee machine, milk in fridge on arrival.

Gets very, very windy as is on Quay- windows rattle really badly so did not sleep for 2 out of 3 nights 😢 Sink too small to wash in without soaking floor. Very little space to make a hot drink and need tall mugs instead of coffee cups.
