Great location and view.

It was a particulary cold day and the room wasn't very warm when we returned at night or the morning. It came on at 10am as we checked out. Maybe it just needs adjusting for colder days, but otherwise would use again

The staff where we went for breakfast, were friendly, professional and very helpful

Location was perfect and the room was lovely , bed v comfortable

We were freezing cold and it effected our sleep on Christmas night , no extra blankets available

We didn’t open for breakfast so not applicable. Room was lovely and a great location and very clean and presentable . It’s a small room and best described as a one night or possibly two at a push . Otherwise fab

The building and the room was beautifully presented, good size, all modern and new-looking. Nice bathroom, great view. Lots of attention to nice detail. Very comfortable. Good value.

We would have given the rating 10/10 had it not been for the fact that there is a massive street light attached to the building, just above our room. It lit up our room all night, as if it were daytime as there were gaps around the blinds so they didn't keep the light out. To check this, you will need to stand in the room after dark. The room needs black out curtains that fit over the window fully. Or someone needs to knock that light out. We thought breakfast was a little bit on the mean side. Not cheap, but had to choose between tea/coffee or orange juice. And even a cappuccino was an extra. Tiny strips of bacon. We didn't mind the walk to the hotel for breakfast as it wasn't raining. But as far as I am aware we didn't know about that arrangement until the booking was confirmed.
