Excellent location. Well appointed room. The extras made all the difference Fridge, milk. Chilled water. Plenty tea/ coffee. Coffee with pods. Decorated to high standard. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect stay.

Good location, close to bus stop. Property very fresh and clean

We didn’t know that our room was in the roof space with over 50 steps up to it and through several heavy fire doors which left us exhausted each time we returned. (We are both 80 years old). The room had heavy roof beams which were difficult to walk around standing upright. The advert showed views of the river but our only window was in the bathroom to the side of the house. The only parking available was in the main carpark some distance away and £10 a day.

It was extremely clean and well appointed. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Great view over the estuary. I really appreciated the fresh milk in the fridge. Much better for having a cup of tea or coffee. Great location right on the front.
