Casa Fresa - Orchar Suites

We received a lovely welcome from Sean. The house was beautiful, and our apartment was very clean and furnished to a high standard. Even had a dishwasher, which was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and the heating was easy to control apart from in the dining area, which was very cool. French doors to the garden and a seating area, which would be nice in the summer.

The bathroom did not have anywhere to put toiletries or toothbrushes, a shelf would be a good idea.

The property should not be available because it is unsafe . Our accommodation was down a flight of stairs into effectively a dungeon. There were no windows to the outside and only exit was locked with no key available. A disaster waiting to happen.

As above . All furniture and fittings were of the lowest quality

High spec property, with a good design for the space. Lots of different extras, tea coffee milk, biscuits, Local for the beach and the shops/ restaurants/cafes, trains and buses.

A few maintenance jobs needed a tweak. Loose tap and door tread and a draw that did not shut.

Breakfast not applicable. Overall the facility was good, clean and the TV and WiFi worked. No problem in getting access to the property, well explained by video. For improvement I would say some bits of furniture had seen better days, could do with a lick of paint in some areas.

Key collection and management communication good. Great location. Former guest house and unsure if it’s in the process of being upgraded or needs some TLC. We had 3 separate units with 2 adults in each and didn’t spend any time at the property, we only slept there.

No shelves or drawers to unpack clothes, just hanging space in a wardrobe (although not many coat hangers) and nowhere to leave a suitcase out so it very felt disorganised. We had been travelling for 6 weeks and had more than an overnight bag which there would be space for. No shelves or cabinets to put toiletries or toiletry bags in the bathroom which added to disorganisation. We had a 5 night stay so extra towels would have been appreciated.

Beautiful family studio on the ground floor with patio, every thing was perfect, very clean & bed so comfortable…facilities above & beyond with tea coffee etc & a complimentary bottle of bubbly from the very friendly host Highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful apartment, well equipped.

Shower, with the hand basin so close to the shower door and the step in and out you didn't have room to walk out of the shower. This caused a problem to both myself and husband with back issues. Even if we didn't have back issues you felt you needed to lean on the sink which could come off the wall. Hand rail for extra support to get in and out of the shower would benefit.
