Property Notes

Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival. This can be sent via booking.com, our guest management system DUVE or by email/WhatsApp. The minimum guest age is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to use the property. Any additional guests will be charged for and may result in the loss of security deposit. No parties/loud music or anti social behavior allowed. Late check out/early check in can be requested at a charge of £20 per hour. This is granted at the discretion of the property and subject to availability.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Great location close to town and the sea. Well catered apartment, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Bubbly and cookies on arrival was a nice touch.

Bed, while it was comfortable too many hotels now put two single beds together and try to claim it's a double bed. when lying in the middle of the bed there is a dip which isn't great.

"Lovely apartment just let down by arrival process"

The apartment was lovely but the check in process could definitely be improved.

We were given a complimentary early check in due to the issues we had with the paying process which I thought was very kind however on arrival I had not been sent any details as to how I assess the building as there was so staff on premises. I called a number and the person talked me through how I got into the building and then where to access keys to apartment but when I opened the apartment it had not been serviced so had to call back and explain situation meaning we did not get an early check in and had to hang about to get rid of our bags. This was not a good arrival impression.
