Hotel Boutique Casa Copal

It's a beautiful hotel with a swimming pool that is right outside of the rooms. That beats a patio in my opinion. The location is conveniently located, and the decoration is outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful little boutique hotel we’ve stayed at many times and really enjoyed. Unfortunately on the most recent visit, the service really fell off a cliff. We stayed for 4 nights and the bed wasn’t made once. Toilet paper wasn’t refilled and getting more was a major episode. Same with water bottles. The coffee in the morning was abysmal on the few occasions when we could persuade them to make it—lukewarm and watery. Often there was no staff there at all, although admittedly we stayed over Christmas. We very much hope that management changes gears but would stay elsewhere next time.

Muy amables las personas de recepción. Las instalaciones muy bien. La alberca climatizada. Un tema ajeno al hotel y propio de la riviera de Chapala, muchos moscos, así que es súper recomendable llevar repelente
