Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Chambre spacieuse . Trés belle décoration. La cerise sur le gâteau c'est le petit déjeuner roof top avec vue tour eiffel sacré coeur cathédrale notre dame . Le seul défaut l'insonorisation des chambres. On entend bruit de circulation des voitures.

We stayed 3 days in Kopster hotel, very clean hotel, comfortable bed, Breakfast was not so good, there is not much choices, same breakfasts every day,

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Alles war vorbei, lange bevor das Buffet geschlossen wurde, und die Kellner brachten es erst, nachdem sie es wollten. Sie brachten sogar jeden Morgen Croissants und Käse, nachdem wir es wollten. Sogar die Tomatengurke war in einer winzigen Schüssel und war immer fertig. Außerdem war die Dachterasse nur bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet und die Küche schloss früher. Es war also unmöglich, die Terrasse zu genießen. Außerdem war der Transport wie ein Albtraum. Sie müssen mindestens 1 Stunde einkalkulieren, um nach Paris zu gehen. Busse sind überhaupt nicht wie geplant, Sie müssen zu jedem Ort umsteigen, um ihn zu besuchen. Aufgrund einer Fehlfunktion am Bahnhof konnten wir kein Ticket bekommen und es gab keinen Ort, an dem wir in der Nähe kaufen konnten. Aufgrund langer Bemühungen im Internet war das Ticket, das wir gekauft haben, falsch. Wir haben letztes Mal versucht, auf den Weg zu kommen und dann ein Ticket vom Bahnhof im Zentrum zu kaufen, leider konnte das karte nur für 2 Tage geladen werden. Sie sagten, du musst am Vortag für den Tag kommen. Wie Sie sehen können, war der Transport eine Qual für uns. Uber und Taxi wollen 50 € für das Zentrum. Bolt ist für 17 € günstiger, aber entweder kommen sie überhaupt nicht oder Sie müssen mindestens 1 Stunde warten. Abgesehen von all dem war das Hotel sauber und modern, aber es ist diesen Preis nicht wert.

Je recommande, le personnel à la réception et au restaurant est incroyable

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing and far from what we would expect from a 4-star property. From the moment we arrived, the overall service was poor — most staff members came across as aggressive and unwelcoming, which made our stay feel uncomfortable and stressful rather than relaxing. At no point did we feel any warmth or hospitality, which is such a key part of a good hotel experience. The only positive note was one staff member who spoke Portuguese — she was genuinely kind, helpful, and made an effort to support us. It's a shame this level of service wasn’t consistent throughout the team. We would not recommend this hotel and certainly don’t believe it meets the standards of a 4-star rating.

Overall the hotel was really good. Must say the staffs and the room was good. Location is not the best even though a short 10 mins walk to La Stade station (Line J) that takes you to Gare st Lazare in 15 mins. My biggest negative feedback is the room cleaning. First day even though I requested at the reception and kept clean my room hanging, still they didnt do it. Second day they did it but it was hardly clean. Absolutely appalling. Really disappointed.

New property, clean and modern, the staff is very professional and helpful, Anais amd Woodley are ones of their best employees, very welcoming and pay attention to all our requests, will definitely go back.

Great Hotel with an Eiffel Tower view from the restaurant. Modern style and great breakfast. Very good choice for them money.
