KOPSTER Hotel Residence Paris Colombes

Nos tocó un mal servicio en general, tres días pidiendo una plancha, no dejaban toallas, clinex,café,agua teníamos que estar pidiendo a diario que nos proporcionaran las cosas jamás manden a lavandería por qué es muy caro. Y solo te dicen que es servicio externo del hotel varias veces cuando pedíamos algo nos atendían de mal humor en general mal servicio

Overall it is good hotel: clean not to far from the centre by train. the nearest train staion is 10 minutes by walking. 15 minutes to Paris then you need to get metro or bus to be in Paris centre. There is nothing to see around the hotel. Parking space available and we have been charged €19 which we haven't expected as we thought part of the deal.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer ein Riss in der Fensterscheibe. Daraufhin wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, was sogar noch schöner war, als das erste. Frühstück war ausreichend, es wurde aber nicht immer alles neu aufgefüllt. Es lohnt sich also nicht zu spät zu kommen. Ins Pariser Zentrum kommt man in ca 45 min, was noch in Ordnung ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen.

Ganske fin familie hotel med to store værelser havde vi booket. Dog er det ikke helt hygiejnisk at have toilet i det ene værelse uden håndvask og badeværelse i det andet værelse med håndvask. Hvis man er i bil er der gode parkeringsmuligheder i kælderen som koster 18 euro pr.dag. Venlig personale. Dejlig hotel hvor der er skøn udsigt over Paris hvis man sidder i baren.

The breakfast option was very limited and they repeat it every day.

Very good rooms but room service is poor. Three out of four nights was not available. This has happened on previois trips and with limites food options nearby should not be listed as an amenity on the website.
